High-Intensity Outdoor Upper-Body + Core Workout

No matter where you are a good high-intensity workout can always be done using your body weight. Perform the exercises presented in the following video. Make sure you warm up before the exercises, starting with some light cardio and shoulder mobility drills. The exercises are progressively increasing in difficulty as you move along. Only perform the movements you are comfortable with. You can do this workout at home or on any outdoor playground/workout area.
